This week we focus on standing poses to cultivate strength and stability on and off the mat.
Day 1: Getting started - Increase your stability
In today's class we practise a variety of standing poses to get stronger and to increase your stability on and off the mat. This class prepares you for the longer class on day 5. Enjoy the process of building strength and stability on the mat and feeling it flowing into your daily life off the mat!

Repeat yesterday's class
Esther recommends that you repeat the class from yesterday - Standing poses 1. Check in with your body and if you feel up to it.. go for it!
Day 3: Challenge yourself
This class challenges your strength, stamina and stability. Add some new poses to your practice, amongst them Warrior I and Warrior III, Intense Side Stretch and Revolved Triangle and repeat some of the poses we practiced in class 1.Leave a comment
