Week 2: Twists

Detox your body and mind
Create space in your organs, detoxifying through digesting emotions and experiences. Restore motion in your spine and stimulate your digestion. Twisting your way to relaxation :)
We will also work on your core.. helping you to sweat and cleanse on all levels of your being.
This program is all about establishing a regular practice so we recommend that you practice the daily schedule suggested. However it's really up to you.
If you decide not to follow the full schedule, try to practice at least three times a week. If you decide to do this then we recommend that you follow day 1, 3 and 5.
