Week 3: Hips and Hamstrings

This week we focus on hips and hamstrings. Maintain your lower back health and work on the storehouse of your emotions - the hips.
When we open our hips and hamstrings we help to quiten the mind. It's also fantastic for maintaining the health of your lower back, by keeping the area open and relaxed. It also gives us the opportunity to allow deep seated and sometimes outdated emotions to be released from the body.
This program is all about establishing a regular practice so we recommend that you practice the daily schedule suggested. However it's really up to you.
If you decide not to follow the full schedule, try to practice at least three times a week. If you decide to do this then we recommend that you follow day 1, 3 and 5.
