What to expect
Each day we suggest a class of around 30 minutes. The classes will mostly be made up of active Vinyasa flows, but you can also expect a good mix of other yoga styles.
Why join the challenge?
Practising yoga every day for 30 days can improve your health and wellbeing! It will help you build a healthy habit and improve your strength and flexibility. This program also saves you time by taking away the hassle of choosing a class, and with each class around 30 minutes, you can easily fit it into your day.
Who is it for?
This program includes mostly 'all level' and 'level 1/2' classes. We also have a few 'level 2/3' classes in there towards the end of the program to challenge you! For that reason, we don’t recommend it for Complete Beginners, if you're pregnant or recovering from illness or injury.
Remember to keep it fun, do what you can and practise for the joy of practising!
