Learn the essentials
This program is designed for people who are starting out fresh with yoga or those who would like to spend a bit more time on the basic yoga poses. The focus is on aligning the body and coordinating movement and actions with the breath.
In each class, Sandra introduces a new group of postures in each class. Building up slowly from the warm-up and preparatory poses to the basic yoga postures in that group. The groups of postures include standing and balancing poses, backbends and twists.
