Introduction

This program is designed to support you throughout your menstrual cycle.

In this series of 7 classes, you will learn why and how to adjust your yoga practice and life to your menstrual cycle. Each class includes a talk and yoga practice.

  • find out which poses to practise to support your health at different phases of your cycle
  • learn how to lessen PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome) and period pains with yoga
  • learn how to be more in touch with your own cycle and the cycle of the moon
