Tawny Cortes is a 500hr qualified Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher. She first discovered yoga while at university, at a time when she was seeking a practice to help her befriend her body and calm her anxious mind. Tawny’s teaching is informed by her belief that yoga and mindfulness can bring us into connection with our innate wholeness and through these practices, we can experience balance and harmony of mind, body and spirit.
