This class will make you roll, literally! To improve our posture and protect the lower back we need a strong abdomen. In this class you will use the whole circumference of the abdomen, front, sides and back, and have fun while you become stronger. Building up the muscles of the abdomen and becoming stronger at the midline will also have a positive impact on your confidence and in the way you face your day to day activities. Hope you enjoy it!
