Inner core strength depends a lot on, inner core! The deeper, more subtle muscles of the inner physical body are responsible for creating core stability in the body. In yoga, they work as such and also as a way to create a "container" within the body to hold and move energy, or Prana. The inner core muscles in yoga that provide this container for Prana, are called the bandhas, or energy seals. In this class you will learn to locate and activate these bandhas while practicing breathing to deepen your experience of moving energy in your body. With Vajrasana, Cat-Cow, Prasarita Padottasana, Ardha Pachimottanasana and Janu Sirsasana
