This is class 2 of a short 3-part series focusing on the Ashtanga second series. This is only for people who are comfortable with the full primary series in the Ashtanga system and not for beginners. If you're new to Ashtanga, take a look at Nichi's Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners program.
Working through the second part of Intermediate Series with full standing and finishing sequences. This class incorporates Eka Pada Sirsasana, Tittibhasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Mayurasana, Parighasana and Gomukhasana. Again, Nichi will offer modifications and share her preparation for certain poses.
