So often, we try to be different then we really are. We try to present ourselves in a way we think the world wants us to. By doing so, we compromise and repress ourselves. Through a short story and through this class, we’ll see that being ourselves is what the universe really wants us to be. We’ll explore poses and breathing exercises that’ll support us on our way to a more authentic and full live.
