In this session, Jill will guide Esther and you into a loving kindness and compassion practice (Metta) while both seated and in movement. Discover how to know your body’s needs and how to open your heart and mind to the signals that your body gives. By practicing loving kindness in movement, our intentions to be more compassionate towards ourselves radically softens our yoga practice allowing us to truly take care of ourselves in a very personal and meaningful way. This powerful practice lives off the mat and in our hearts wherever we go and in whatever we are doing – take this kindness perspective into the world and see how it changes your perception and experiences.
