In this session Jill explains how to become more attuned and sensitive to your body, heart and mind and simultaneously become more mindful of what is - which is an essential mind training practice. By fine - tuning your awareness of sensations in the body, you can become more sensitive to the breath. Breath and mind are inextricably linked so by watching your breath and its movements you are becoming more aware of your mind. This session introduces ways to be mindful while seated and while practicing postures as well.
