Start with a couple of sun salutations and down dog into plank and then into side plank pose from the strength of grounding the legs, then into firing up the core strength and then into full expression into side plank pose "parshva vasisthasana". This pose strengthens the arms, core with a focus on the oblique core muscles, legs and strength the wrists.
