The first few minutes of this class are lightly active, just to get the blood flowing. After that, there are 4 restorative poses - each held for 5 minutes - where we will take the time to access the organic body, creating space in between the organs of the body for a better oxygenation and relaxation. Great class to do after a stressful day, or when you are feeling depleted but still want to get some benefits out of a quiet yoga practice.
