Trusting your own feelings brings a deep sense of inner peace. Instead of comparing our experiences with a 'better' image of ourselves we can just embrace whatever is felt and listen to its truth and wisdom. Comparing is rejecting, trying to fit what we feel into an image of who we want to be. When we stop comparing, all that's left is the experience, perfect in itself!
