This week will give you the chance to step up for your true self, to take responsibility for your life, drop the stories that keep you trapped in limiting beliefs, to forgive, to speak your truth and to let go of the past.
Are you ready to come into your power and freedom? The freedom to completely be who you are, to love fully and to be present in all aspects of your life is in your own hands!
During this week everything is geared to support your journey; you will stay in a beautiful venue in natural surroundings.
You will be away from the business and enter into stillness, enjoy mountains, go trekking and have renewing baths in natural pools with fresh water from the mountains.
You will be served delicious vegetarian foods that are low in sugar and carbs so that you enjoy your natural energy, feel relaxed and increase your clarity.
This retreat invites you to come into deep contact with yourself and help you to move and shift things in your life that are not serving you and move you towards more freedom and fullness in life.
There will be daily yoga classes with Sandra, stress release practices and meditation.
Sandra’s yoga teaching is a real mix of movement (flow and intuitive or free movement) and alignment. Her alignment work is knowledge and sensory based. Sandra will offer techniques so you can find and feel the alignment that fits your body.
At the end of this week, you will have a good sense for what is right for you and where your energy flows and your body feels stable and free.
You will also dive a bit deeper into philosophy and coaching exercises (written and sharing) and partner exercises. Part of the day will be in silence, giving you a chance to go deeper into yourself.

14.00- free time/ contemplation/assignments time
17.00- afternoon session or excursion
19.00- yoga nidra/restorative yoga
