You will be guided through yoga and selfcare practices that’ll help you to get back in touch with yourself in no time. Also, you will learn all about Ayurvedic selfcare, the different constitution types, what to eat when you’re on the road or having a cold, how to stay centered during the holidays and how to keep your digestive fire burning strong.
The combination of a physical yoga practice with meditation, journaling, and Ayurveda, will help you to know what to do and when, so you can make decisions from an authentic place. At the end of this workshop, you will feel in connection with yourself and the world around you. More importantly, you’ll have the tools you need to keep this connection alive!
