Please join me in London for a full day of yoga and meditation, to find balance, clarity and calm.
In a beautiful venue in East London, we'll work together on getting out of our heads and into our bodies by focusing on concentration and mindfulness, the first two pillars for a more harmonious mind.
The day includes meditation, pranayama, yoga flow and yin yoga, yoga nidra and a Q&A session.
We'll explore how our energies tend to gather in our head, so you will learn how to let those energies settle in the lower Dantian, the energy centre in the lower belly. According to Daoist tradition, "Hundreds of diseases will disappear once the energy comes down from the head and collects in the lower Dantian".
You will take home techniques and an understanding of how to do just that.
Included with your ticket
Included in the ticket price you will be gifted a Yogamatters organic cotton lavender eye pillow, yoga belt and cork brick to take home. A full vegan lunch is also included in the ticket price with hot and cold drinks available all day.
Mats and bolsters are provided for the Yin yoga practice but do also bring some warm clothes and socks for the Yoga Nidra.

12.30 - 13.30 - A light vegan lunch with Esther
13.30 - 14.00 - Q&A with Esther
14.00 - 16.00 - Yin yoga practice, ending with a peaceful Yoga Nidra
