Tailored yoga and exercises
Enjoy sessions designed to relax your nervous system and build strength and stability, which are essential for this stage of life.
We’ll also incorporate exercises using resistance bands, so please bring one similar to this one.
Cooking for hormonal health
During the retreat, the D’alijo team will prepare meals designed to support your hormonal health, allowing you to experience the benefits firsthand. You’ll also learn how to continue this at home with some recipes and knowledge about the best foods to eat during this phase to help you feel your best.
