“”Everything was perfect: from the wonderful organisation, the beautiful and peaceful location, the delicious meals, the friendly group of people and all the amazing yoga sessions which were alternatively restorative, meditative, restful, rejuvenative, chanting, breathing and sometimes challenging… I enjoyed each of them so much. Thank you very much Jeff for all you bring to your classes. My practice has deepened a lot. For sure the benefits of this retreat will stay printed in my body, my heart and my soul for a long long time. I am really grateful for such a gift” Sandrine
