Julie and Jo - two passionate conveyors of movement practices - share their decades of experience in this week-long yoga and dance retreat.
A week of unravelling from our daily lives and allowing our inspiration to grow and nourish us.
What to expect
Mornings will start with a somatic meditation led by Julie, followed by her unique embodied yoga flow. You'll have plenty of rest time during the day for hanging out by the beautiful pool and visiting nearby markets and beaches.
In the afternoons we will reconvene and connect again as Jo takes you through her magical journey in dance and expression.

Together we'll investigate these questions and more. Meeting our bodies and each other, we enhance our enlivened curiosity through embracing the physicalized practice of wonder; there is deep joy here.
Invoking the essence of the thousands of years that these processes emerge through, our group deepens through coming together in movement, stillness, ritual and creativity all in our sanctuary of presence.
All of our sessions will travel to the home within the self, to discover a well of contentment where we can claim true peace of mind.
- 7.30-8.30am Somatic Meditation with Julie
- 8.30-9am Tea Break
- 9-11 Embodied Yoga Flow (Or one some days we'll do a morning dance)
- 11.30 Brunch
- 12.30-3.30 Free Time
- 3.30-6.30 Dance with Jo (Or somedays a gentle asana practice and meditation)
- 7pm Dinner and relax
Meals, accommodation and workshops are included at the beautiful Satsanga Retreat in Goa, India. The food is lovingly created with individuals in mind by Ayurvedic chefs in this pristine environment.
