A bit of everything in this 30 minute class, divided into thirds. Start with an energising shakeout and a mini flow with just a little core activation, some lunges, heart openers and twists. After that, we move into some gentler, longer poses to stretch and open up. Finally, some gentle slow breathing carries us into a relaxing Savasana. I hope you enjoy this little reset!
