By tapping certain areas of the body, we bring attention and awareness to those areas – and as we know: where attention goes, energy flows. This is the idea of this class, to bring physical and energetic awareness to the lung area by connecting with the breath inside. We'll begin with some tapping, then practice a short flow to open up the front of the body. We finish with a breath practice and chest opening pose using the bolster. This class is for everyone who wants to nourish the area of the lungs and feel the expansive qualities of the breath.
Props: 2 blocks, a bolster and a blanket.
