The route to better sleep

These classes will help prepare you for a great night’s sleep with 3 yoga classes to stretch and unwind plus 3 guided relaxations and Yoga Nidra – a tried and tested method of relaxation, also known as yogic sleep.

Practice these classes to wind down in the evenings. You can even practice the guided relaxations and talks while in bed. Try out the different teachers and classes and then repeat the classes that work best for you.
