This program will help you to explore the fundamentals and foundations of your yoga practice through informative and instructive yoga classes as well as restore yourself through therapeutic classes. Great for maintaining a regular practice or for doing a 'check in' with your body.
NB You need a current EkhartYoga subscription to follow this program
There will be three regular classes and three therapeutic yoga classes per week with a mix of Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Over the three weeks we will focus on the lower, mid and upper body respectively.
This program is for all levels but if you are a complete beginner we suggest you learn the yoga basics first in one our beginner programs.
Welcome to week 1!
Starting from the ground up, focus on your strong and steady foundation with grounding and strengthening classes plus balances to challenge and improve focus.
Your yoga therapy classes this week will take care of your feet, sore legs, hamstrings and hips.

Gentle schedule: We recommend you choose either the regular class or the therapeutic class every other day.
Stronger schedule: Practice each class suggested to give you a six day practice every week.
This week we move up the body to the core and spine. Classes will work on awareness, strength and flexibility of the whole mid-body.
Your therapeutic classes will focus on your organs of digestion, the psoas and the whole spine.
During week 2 we move to the core and spine. Classes will work on awareness, strength and alignment of the whole mid-body. At the same time look after your digestive and back health with some great therapeutic classes.
We recommend you choose the class you feel your body needs or if you're looking for a six day practice you can alternate these classes.
Explore and restore your upper body - it's alignment, tension areas and flexibility
We finish in week 3 with the chest, upper back, shoulders, arms and head. Explore the alignment of the upper body and open the shoulders. Your therapeutic classes will ease and release tension and strain in the upper spine, shoulders, neck and head.
