    In the first four tutorials Esther guides you through the foundational poses, the breath and flow of Vinyasa Yoga. 
    She builds up the classes slowly, repeating what you've learned and introducing new poses and concepts. The fifth class is a full length, Level 1 Vinyasa Flow class that incorporates all that you've learned.
