Adjusting the body

A great set for those of you who feel like there is something not quite right in the body, either because of repetitive motion on one side of the body, always crossing the legs on the same side, sleeping postures (side sleepers or belly sleepers) or perhaps because of trauma. These yoga postures will help reposition bones and vertebra and bring you back to homeostasis.

Includes Breath of Fire Pranayama. If you are not familiar with this technique please watch the video Breathing techniques in Kundalini yoga. Breath of Fire is not suitable if you are pregnant or menstruating.
