I make space for some sitting and Pranayama most days and, even if I haven't much time, I always practice before I engage in any other activity that takes me out of "myself". I leave my phone off, I don't turn my computer on until I have at least sat quietly in meditation for a while and/or I have done some Pranayama. I share my standard asana practice that I do most days; depending on energy level I might do more or less. I might practice asana later on during the day, but I always make sure I do my Pranayama first thing in the morning before I have had any food. Have a chair, 2 blocks and/or a bolster and blanket ready. Try it and let me know how you get on!
