Heart to the sky!

Feel the pull of your heart toward the limitless sky! In this upbeat Vinyasa flow we incorporate backbends with a rhythmic Sun Salutation. Standing postures and preparation for Headstand lead to Urdhva Danurasana (full Wheel posture) ending with some calming twists. Work with your own level of chest openers, so if you are still not practicing full Wheel posture, please stay with Bridge pose.
