Unwind your monkey mind!

This delicious practice stirs the pot of Apana; the stabalising force that helps us relax, feel at ease, and get our feet back on the ground/head out of the clouds (or out of our work, at least!). Whilst this is a wonderful all round practice, it's particularly good for those of you who are desk-bound and all up in your heads with 'brain-work'.
