Sweet Yin yoga and meditation

Prepare your body and set your mind for a silent meditation. We practice a lot of hip and lower back opening and grounding postures, with a lot of quiet time to ourselves. We live in a world so full of stimuli that we often forget how it feels to just be quiet with ourselves, so I have tried to limit my talking to let you feel the practice from within.
