Get it out of your system!

We begin with sitting and Pranayama - a lovely breath of fire to get the mindset to let everything out! We all have something going on in our life, even if it's just a bit of ongoing irritation or some deeper frustrations and sometimes that makes us heavy and 'toxic'. It's time to let it all out! Including Lion breath, Goddess pose, a few hip openers and standing postures for a truly releasing practice.
