Yin, Restorative and Pranayama: relax and regenerate

Relax and rejuvenate with this short practice involving some restorative postures, some Yin yoga postures to stimulate the hips and spine, and some Pranayama. We open up the practice with Cat/Cow, continuing with some Ujjayi Pranayama and finishing with Nadi Shodana for a balanced and calming effect. The Asana part is a lovely blend of chest opener, hip and spine work. A compact practice when you feel like a little boost.
