Slow version of simplified Surya Namaskar that can be adapted to all ages, including seniors and those who are just beginning their yoga practice. A short and sweet practice suitable for the morning. Have a blanket handy to put under your knees for the Cat/Cow movement and also to keep you warm during relaxation. During the relaxation we visualise the energy centre at the navel as the Sun (Surya) expanding its beneficial rays of energy throughout the whole body.
