Short and sweet Vinyasa morning flow

A moderate Vinyasa flow with a minimum amount of talking for an authentic, calming experience. Hamstring openers, shoulders openers and forward bends followed by Samavritti Pranayama (Square Breath) where we hold the breath after inhalation and after exhalation (Kumbhaka). Breath retention is the actual full expression of Pranayama and it’s when Prana (vital energy) is actually enhanced.
