Hips flow - delight for all ages

Hip joint release for all ages, including senior practitioners. Yin yoga postures to release and get the hips moving in all directions: external rotation, abduction, flexion, external rotation and extension. A lot of modifications make this practice a real treat for all, including those who are less-mobile. We only practice Yin yoga postures with gentle counterposes to allow the energy to flow. Finishing with a sitting meditation.
