Vital energy booster

A simple warm up of all the major joints in the body starting with toes and feet, this practice is suitable for seniors who are looking for a way to introduce some movement in their practice as well as for those who are recovering from injuries. We move into a gentle Sun Salutation practice that was traditionally created to allow ladies wearing saris to join in the practice. We chant OM to create a connection with our inner Self and to boost our Prana as we flow comfortably into the Sun Salutation.
