By working with particular poses and sensing into sensation in the different locations of these subsets of energy, there is potential to connect with your own first hand experience of these forces within your own body. Learn how we might work to support the function of letting go by supporting Apana Vayu, and how we might revitalise by engaging with body sensing that helps us to feel Prana in the body. This practice ends with a meditation that connects you to Viyana Vayu through exploring your boundaries.
