No frills morning practice

A classical way of starting your day with some sitting/centering followed by pranayama, and some classical Sun Salutations. We then practice Sirsasana (Headstand) or preparation for it, followed by some sitting calming postures that will balance our energies for the day. Get up and increase your energy levels with some energy boosting Breath of Fire, followed by Nadi Shodhana before you delightfully stretch the body with some asana work…
