Give yourself some love

A somatic experience with a loving theme: love your body, love your movement, love your feelings. Feel your body from the inside and develop a deep connection with yourself. Tensions and restrictions can be overcome with gentle deep movements. Mudras are also practiced: Agni Mudra (fire gesture) to enhance the digestive fire; Hridaya Mudra (heart gesture) to create a sense of love and compassion and to help release pent-up emotions, particularly during conflicts; Shaka Mudra (conch Seal) to seal the intention and manifest the loving compassion that we have enhanced with the practice.
