Do you feel like you stay away from certain postures as they look (and feel) unaccessible? Keep it light and challenge yourself not expecting to get the posture at the first attempt! A slow flow where we practice shoulder opening postures to lead to Garudasana (eagle posture), Gomukhasana (cow face posture) and Lolasana (earring posture). Have 2 blocks ready and possibly a belt to help you bind your hands behind your back in Gomukhasana. We also practice Urdhva Dhanurasana (full wheel posture).
