Ground and unwind: yoga for sports

Dedicated to those who enjoy cycling and other types of sports, we mainly practice seated postures with a strong lead to hip openers, quadricep stretches and twists. I suggest you have a block to sit on on some of the postures, a blanket and a bolster for the final relaxation. I enjoy cycling myself (as an amateur!) and this sequence comes from my experience to balance activity and stillness.聽
