Energy twist & flow 1

The first of a series of 3 yoga twist practices where we gradually add depth to our sequences. Starting with a relatively simple vinyasa flow where we explore Parvritta Trikonasana (twisting triangle pose) and Parvritta Parsvakonasana (twisting side angle posture), adding a balancing posture and moving into seated twists. Feel your energy level increase, your body buzzing with Prana and good vibrations.
Props needed: block and a blanket.
