Postnatal Yoga: a practice to deeply relax after giving birth

This practice is suggested for immediately after giving birth to re-balance and replenish your energy. You can have your baby with you, laying across your belly, down the centre of your chest, on your pubic bone, or kneeling next to your chest and lying over your body. We start with Full yogic breath where the 3 stages of your breath tone your belly, energise and replenish. We move into the Healing Breath and reconnect with your pelvic health and strength.聽
