We emphasise the support from buttocks and pelvic tilt, and we develop the internal strength to start to build a safe and strong pelvic and lower body movement. Have a block or a blanket to roll and squeeze between your thighs. You can enjoy this practice with your baby with you or when the baby is asleep.聽
