Back to basic: connection and strength from the ground up

A blend of postures that build strength from the ground up. We work on the flexibility and the strength of our ankles to enjoy a free and safe practice. When daily life challenges us and we find ourselves overwhelmed a grounding quality can help to rebalance. Do not practice if you have an ankle injury, but once you have recovered you can use it to build strength and connection. Includes lots of lunges, classical Sun Salutations and a soothing breathing meditation.
