Vinyasa to Ustrasana

From Tadasana (mountain pose) to Ustrasana (Camel pose) with a lot of juicy transitions in between. Vinyasa flow as it is, with alignment principles and rhythm to transition between postures. A wonderful opportunity to practice twists, chest openers and inversions - we practice Parvritta Ardha Chandrasana (twisting half moon posture), Ustrasana (camel posture) and Sirsasana (head stand) finishing with some deep spinal twists. Refreshing and exhilarating.
