Morning yoga for a brighter day

A general practice to start your day joyfully, wonderfully embracing a calming breath. Open up to a day full of possibility, awake the solar plexus and the abdominal breath. Move your spine gently to awake the Nadis (energy channels) of the body. We start with Cat-Cow posture, opening into lunges and chest openers, enjoying breath coordinated Cobra/Bujangasana, a calming forward bend and we finish with a supine abdominal breathing session.
