We start with a focus on jumps and we end with twists. With Mind and Heart focused and open, enjoy a delightful practice and a mild challenge. We practice one leg plank to Chaturanga Dandasana (staff posture) and preparation for inversion with forearm balance. Wonderfully energizing every cell of the body, bathing in the universal Prana with a delightful view on the body and mind.
